First round knock out. The winners will go into the next round of the knock out, the losers will go into the next round of the knock out. The competition will then start spliting into a Cup, Bowl and Plate competition, as it progresses. Kick of 12 midday.

Sunday 2 May - The Manvik Premier Sevens Tournament
TTwo groups of four, with each team playing each other in the group. The winners of group A, will play the runners up of group B and vice versa. The winners of this semi- final will compete against each other for the Cup, the losers in this semi final will compete against each other for the Plate and the third placed teams in the two groups will compete for the Bowl. Kick off 12 midday.

Four groups of three, with each team playing each other in the group. The winners of the groups will go into the semi- finals of the Cup, the second placed teams will go into the semi-finals of the Plate and the third placed teams will go into the semi-finals of the Bowl. Kick off 12 midday.
