Just a quick thank you from all of the sevens committee, to all of the competitors and spectators for making 2008 the best tournament so far. To everyone who travelled near and far to take part, well done for making the three days a fantastic success and for bringing the brilliant weather.
Throughout the weekend the 64 teams and thousands of spectators devoured 5000 burgers and sausages, along with 15,000 pints. We hope that you enjoyed the experience and that you will return next year.
We are always looking to improve the event so if you have ideas or suggestions positive or negative please contact me and we will do our best to address the issue you have raised.
Finally on behalf of everyone at Carrickfergus RFC, we wish you a healthy 2008/9 season and look forward to meeting up with you next year, plans have already started!!!!
